What is Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy?
Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH or Hypno-CBT) is a branch of hypnotherapy which combines hypnosis alongside a cognitive behavioural framework, seamlessly integrating the two.
The principal goal of Hypno-CBT is to identify and then reverse negative and unproductive thoughts or beliefs so new, clear goals can be set in their place.
The techniques give you the skills to develop more constructive ways of thinking about yourself and your problems. We work together so I can tailor the hypnosis suggestions precisely to meet your goals.
Hypno CBT uses only scientifically validated techniques and achieves rapid and lasting results. Clients usually begin to feel the beneficial effects after just one or two sessions.
